Stop Divorce

This is the beginning of a wonderful new chapter in your marriage, one that isn’t burdened with misunderstandings and insignificant arguments. Affirm to yourself each and every day…I really love my spouse and it’s important for this marriage to work .

4 Stop Divorce Tips

Do Things With Love

One thing to remember is that marriages aren’t jobs and one of the simplest ways to wreck a marriage is by making everything feel like an obligation. It’s essential that you and your spouse establish a give-and-take balance although everything should be done freely and from the heart.

Can you remember back when you were head-over-heels in love and could not get enough of each other? You spoke eagerly about marriage along with the life you would have as husband and wife. Nothing else mattered than being joined together as one in holy matrimony. You would have never thought that a day would come when you couldn’t even sleep in the same bed because you are always the one cleaning up around the house and your spouse won’t take out the trash.

When doing something nice for your partner, it’s because you love them and want nothing but happiness for them. You shouldn’t be running a mental list of all the wonderful things you’ve done and all the things that haven’t been done for you. Every relationship takes work, although it doesn’t have to feel like work.

Stop Nagging

We all know what nagging sounds like. Men and women are equally guilty of this. Wives protest about lengthy working hours, throwing dirty clothes on the floor, the amount of time used up on sports, TV and drinking alcohol or not giving ample time to the family. At the same time, husbands whine about countless hours their wife spends on the telephone or getting ready, and they nag about their nagging wife! A quick way to fix marriage issues is to merely to stop nagging. Understand that complaining won’t be of any help.

If there’s something you dislike about your partner or their actions, try finding the root of the concern first. Look for reasons why this concerns you, as well as why are they behaving this way. Could you be wrong in any way? What should you do to aid the situation? What compromises are you willing to make? Ask, What should I do in order for this marriage to work? Be reasonable and talk with your partner about it. Constant nagging can cause a rift between you and your partner.

Think Before Speaking

Whenever you are feeling angry or bitter, try to remember that saying spiteful or hurtful things will not repair your marriage problems. It will only worsen the problem. Think before you speak since you can never take back your words. Will hurting your spouse make you feel better ? Absolutely not! There is no reason to say mean things at all.

Nothing is wrong with wanting to deal with things that are troubling you. However, do it after the initial outburst of anger and resentment has ceased and you are able to talk about things reasonably.

Restoring a good relationship is in no way one-sided. For a flourishing marriage to be possible, both partners should share a matching desire to be open for compromises and see the other spouse contented. No mountain will be too high to climb as long as this loyalty stays true in your heart.

Avoid Verbal Abuse

Be cautious and avoid verbally abusing your spouse. Words can be distressing, especially in marriage. Are you someone who loses his/her temper easily and is prone to lash out at your partner? Then maybe it’s time to change your behavior. In time, the verbal abuse will result to an emotional toll on you or your partner. You might believe that they were “just words”, but be certain that your spouse won’t forget them.

The person attacked with verbal abuse can be awfully affected making it difficult for him or her to forget. Any form of verbal abuse must end at once if you and your partner are experiencing conflicts and want to fix them without divorce..

These are a few of many examples of what can tear a marriage apart. Each action is not just cruel, but also tremendously disrespectful. If you love your spouse, why would you want to hurt or disrespect them? If you really wish to have a healthy, happy relationship and fix marriage without a divorce, ask yourself if you’re doing anything negative to your relationship comparable to the above examples. If the answer is yes, do whatever is in your power to make necessary changes. Your marriage will respond with thanks!

How I Can Locate Someone For Free

November 13th, 2009

There are many ideas and tricks to find people free online. Just take a few minutes to know more about this one popular one used today.

some of the topics disccused below are as follows: people finder articles, how to locate someone, people locator website to name just a few.

I will answer the question on how to find someone for free with a simply yet effective technique that I have been implementing for years to search for friends at no cost or without paying for further information. Of course there are manyother ways to do it. As an example you can even use people search locators online. I recommend that you start by going through this method before looking anywhere else online.

basically its a simple way based on the idea of viral marketing. I know that you might have a circle or network of friends that you keep in touch with every now and then online. I am sure in your inbox are many contacts i.e. email addresses and probably even phone numbers, residential addresses and more – according to which email service you use.

Now what I did once was to create one of those slides that get forwarded over the net like crazy. It was quite a nice slide with a touching message about love, family and happiness. I then threw in my message at the bottom. It was concerning my search for my long lost friend. I included his name and a nickname and then my email and phone number.

I forwarded this message to about a hundred of my friends and email addresses I had in my inbox. Few weeks down the line I received the same email I had sent out and it had obviously been sent to hundreds if not thousands of other emails.

Did I find my friend? Yes and no. That helped me generate a few leads that I chased up later on and was able to get some very useful information about the location of my friend. Like I said this is not the best answer on how to find someone for free but it is worth giving it a shot – if you can find the time to create an interesting message that can get forwarded by friends and colleagues.

Should You Join In National Coming Out Day?

November 4th, 2009
Comments Off

National coming out day is referred to as the day devoted to the GLBTQ community’s day of acceptance. It is officially held on October 11th and it is a day designed to help those who are considering coming out of the closet understand that they are simply not alone. There is community to support them and there are others that are also taking these first important steps.

Why come out at all? Isn’t national coming out day a time for celebration? National coming out day is not (like critics would like to think) a day to encourage “recruitment” or other absurd ideas relating to joining the gay community. It is a day to allow the gays, lesbians, bisexual, transgendered, and questioning individuals of the world to find their own voice and make their own declarations regarding their own identity.

You don’t have to come out if you don’t want to, as there is no pressure by the community to do so. This is about you. This is about your ability to claim your life as your own. When you lie, sneak around, of fear being seen with someone in public (or even avoid dating altogether) you are denying yourself a chance for happiness. You are the only person that needs to be comfortable with whom you are.

Instead, national coming out day gives you a milestone to consider. If you are getting sick of denying the truth to yourself, you might find it helpful to have a calendar date that signifies others who will also be coming out. This is a day when you will find that help lines and support groups are more readily available, especially as the day becomes more recognized.

There is no reason that you have to hide behind a façade any longer. Every time you make an excuse, avoid the truth, or have to work exceptionally hard to make sure your family never finds out about your lover you are telling yourself that there is something wrong with you. National coming out day is a day to embrace who you are, learn a little something about your community, and of course learn to love and accept yourself for the lifestyle that fits you.

It’s not easy to come out. It can feel like you’re about to walk into the lion’s den with a hunk of raw meat strapped around your neck. No matter what your worst fears may be, coming out gives you something that you just don’t have right now. The sense of self and identity that you get to grow into an eventually even be proud of. It’s more about admitting to yourself that you have nothing to hide, because you don’t.

Staying in the closet is a reinforcement to your own psyche that you are somehow not acceptable as you are. Every day that you live in the closet is another day that you are still trying to change or punish yourself for who you are. Look around. You are far from alone. All over the world national coming out day is leading to a greater push toward gay rights and gay equality.

Problems that anger and depression can cause

November 2nd, 2009

Emotions can sometimes be enjoyable or, at other times, be destructive.Emotions like love, joy, happiness are wonderful and good.  Then you have things like anger, sadness, or depression. They are also emotions but they can be hard to handle at times.People are able to channel that emotions and control it most of the time. But there can be situations which make these emotions dangerous.

For example depression is a tough thing.  It can be caused by a tragic event in someone’s life.Losing one’s family member to an accident or natural death can trigger it.Or it can also be caused by a chemcal imbalance in your body. One dangerous emotion that was shown in the news one time is when a man’s depression became and turned into an emotion called anger. His situation is so hopeless that his depression turned into anger. He was enraged, went berserk, and he hurt some people along the way. That is an isolated and extreme case but it does happen.  That is why as a depression counseling I try to tackle the problem head on before it can turn into anger.

Well, if it does turn into anger then you have to consult another form of counseling.  And that form is anger management San Diego help.Because unlike depression where the affected person’s mood is always passive.Anger can harm others and can be very dangerous. So if one is really dealing with anger then he/she or his/her relatives must see to it immediately before it worsens.

Of course in my family counselor San Diego practice I see a full range of emotions.I usually see it when it is already affecting the family.  That is when counseling is appropriate. One thing you don’t want to happen is let uncontrollable emotions destroy your family. And the goal of every counselor is to stop it while it is still in its early stages.  A good thoughtful counseling program can do that and save many families.  It has happened time and time again with good counseling.
