How I Can Locate Someone For Free

November 13th, 2009

There are many ideas and tricks to find people free online. Just take a few minutes to know more about this one popular one used today.

some of the topics disccused below are as follows: people finder articles, how to locate someone, people locator website to name just a few.

I will answer the question on how to find someone for free with a simply yet effective technique that I have been implementing for years to search for friends at no cost or without paying for further information. Of course there are manyother ways to do it. As an example you can even use people search locators online. I recommend that you start by going through this method before looking anywhere else online.

basically its a simple way based on the idea of viral marketing. I know that you might have a circle or network of friends that you keep in touch with every now and then online. I am sure in your inbox are many contacts i.e. email addresses and probably even phone numbers, residential addresses and more – according to which email service you use.

Now what I did once was to create one of those slides that get forwarded over the net like crazy. It was quite a nice slide with a touching message about love, family and happiness. I then threw in my message at the bottom. It was concerning my search for my long lost friend. I included his name and a nickname and then my email and phone number.

I forwarded this message to about a hundred of my friends and email addresses I had in my inbox. Few weeks down the line I received the same email I had sent out and it had obviously been sent to hundreds if not thousands of other emails.

Did I find my friend? Yes and no. That helped me generate a few leads that I chased up later on and was able to get some very useful information about the location of my friend. Like I said this is not the best answer on how to find someone for free but it is worth giving it a shot – if you can find the time to create an interesting message that can get forwarded by friends and colleagues.

Should You Join In National Coming Out Day?

November 4th, 2009
Comments Off

National coming out day is referred to as the day devoted to the GLBTQ community’s day of acceptance. It is officially held on October 11th and it is a day designed to help those who are considering coming out of the closet understand that they are simply not alone. There is community to support them and there are others that are also taking these first important steps.

Why come out at all? Isn’t national coming out day a time for celebration? National coming out day is not (like critics would like to think) a day to encourage “recruitment” or other absurd ideas relating to joining the gay community. It is a day to allow the gays, lesbians, bisexual, transgendered, and questioning individuals of the world to find their own voice and make their own declarations regarding their own identity.

You don’t have to come out if you don’t want to, as there is no pressure by the community to do so. This is about you. This is about your ability to claim your life as your own. When you lie, sneak around, of fear being seen with someone in public (or even avoid dating altogether) you are denying yourself a chance for happiness. You are the only person that needs to be comfortable with whom you are.

Instead, national coming out day gives you a milestone to consider. If you are getting sick of denying the truth to yourself, you might find it helpful to have a calendar date that signifies others who will also be coming out. This is a day when you will find that help lines and support groups are more readily available, especially as the day becomes more recognized.

There is no reason that you have to hide behind a façade any longer. Every time you make an excuse, avoid the truth, or have to work exceptionally hard to make sure your family never finds out about your lover you are telling yourself that there is something wrong with you. National coming out day is a day to embrace who you are, learn a little something about your community, and of course learn to love and accept yourself for the lifestyle that fits you.

It’s not easy to come out. It can feel like you’re about to walk into the lion’s den with a hunk of raw meat strapped around your neck. No matter what your worst fears may be, coming out gives you something that you just don’t have right now. The sense of self and identity that you get to grow into an eventually even be proud of. It’s more about admitting to yourself that you have nothing to hide, because you don’t.

Staying in the closet is a reinforcement to your own psyche that you are somehow not acceptable as you are. Every day that you live in the closet is another day that you are still trying to change or punish yourself for who you are. Look around. You are far from alone. All over the world national coming out day is leading to a greater push toward gay rights and gay equality.

Problems that anger and depression can cause

November 2nd, 2009

Emotions can sometimes be enjoyable or, at other times, be destructive.Emotions like love, joy, happiness are wonderful and good.  Then you have things like anger, sadness, or depression. They are also emotions but they can be hard to handle at times.People are able to channel that emotions and control it most of the time. But there can be situations which make these emotions dangerous.

For example depression is a tough thing.  It can be caused by a tragic event in someone’s life.Losing one’s family member to an accident or natural death can trigger it.Or it can also be caused by a chemcal imbalance in your body. One dangerous emotion that was shown in the news one time is when a man’s depression became and turned into an emotion called anger. His situation is so hopeless that his depression turned into anger. He was enraged, went berserk, and he hurt some people along the way. That is an isolated and extreme case but it does happen.  That is why as a depression counseling I try to tackle the problem head on before it can turn into anger.

Well, if it does turn into anger then you have to consult another form of counseling.  And that form is anger management San Diego help.Because unlike depression where the affected person’s mood is always passive.Anger can harm others and can be very dangerous. So if one is really dealing with anger then he/she or his/her relatives must see to it immediately before it worsens.

Of course in my family counselor San Diego practice I see a full range of emotions.I usually see it when it is already affecting the family.  That is when counseling is appropriate. One thing you don’t want to happen is let uncontrollable emotions destroy your family. And the goal of every counselor is to stop it while it is still in its early stages.  A good thoughtful counseling program can do that and save many families.  It has happened time and time again with good counseling.

Anger management and how it can improve family life

October 23rd, 2009
Comments Off

One thing that all people have is their emotions.  On some people these emotions are more easily displayed. Some emotions are good for a person especially when displayed like happiness.  Some people show emotions of excitement and happiness.Other people tend to show more sadness or more anger than happiness. All people have emotions and they usually express it but sometimes they get out of hand. Anger is one of these emotions.

As you have read in this article anger can be dangerous and detrimental to family life. In my practice doing anger management counseling I have seen the effects it can have on a family. It could make staying with that person very very uncomfortable for the people staying with him/her. It makes everybody nervous and afraid to say something because they might get scolded. It make a place of safety into something that is negative. The place of safety I’m referring to is our homes.

It may be surprising but anger sometimes stems from an emotional issue like depression. Whatever reason there is this person might be in a depressed state. Often times it leads to anger when some problems seem unsolvable or there is no way out. That is why I advice everyone feeling depression to seek a depression counseling. It is best to stop something before it escalates into something worse. Because sometimes it just does not lead into anger but into something where they eventually hurt themselves.

Either way these two emotions whether they stem from each other have to be dealt with. If you let either keep going it can get worse. It can ruin your family. It can ruin what was once a good relationship.  Being a family counselor in San Diego I stress the importance of good relationships in family life. So I stress to my readers that emotional issues should be dealt with asap. Sometimes it is hard to go to someone for help. But this can be very helpful in the long especially for the family of and the person affected.
