Nature is wonderful, and being able to get within metres of some of the most amazing animals in the world is a fantastic experience.

The Big five are an amazing bunch, and being able to see them first hand really takes you back. There are 5 animals in particular that are truly stunning that live in Africa, and they were called the Big Five because they were the most difficult to hunt. The Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, Lion and Rhinoceros. Surely we all want our Grand Kids to see these gracious endangered animals, so why not educate them early. Without our help most of these animals will be extinct relatively quickly, in the next 50 years there is every chance they will be completely inexistent.

We need to try and educate people with sights of these animals, and then let them know what is happening to them. Safaris help us to get close to the natural world. If you want to learn about something, or teach a child something the best way is to show them something, so a safari holiday could be quite educational.

The main problem is the cost of these holidays. One advantage at the moment is that the holidays in particular have become very competitive. In order to keep up with each other, Tour Operators have been lowering their prices considerably.
